Kiwi Income Property Trust has provided NZX with a copy of its Notice of Meetings to be held on Wednesday 13 August 2008 with proceedings commencing at 10.30am.
The meetings include the Fifteenth Annual Meeting of Unit Holders (applicable to all security holders) and a meeting of Mandatory Convertible Note Holders.
The venue for the meetings will be the Bronze Lounge, Level 3, Waikato Stadium. Parking and entrance to Waikato Stadium is through Gate 5, 128 Seddon Road, Hamilton.
An update on the Trust?s activities will be provided and there will be one item of special business at each meeting. This involves consideration of an Ordinary Resolution to allow the Manager to continue to use any performance fee it may earn to subscribe for new Units in the Trust.
